SP PACK. The material of the membrane is foil paper with polyethylene, paper with the special coating or ordinary paper of your choice depending on the packaging purpose. Our equipment allows to seal or to glue a membrane to the inner layer of the tube securely. If you order our cardboard tubes we will manufacture for you the equipment for installing membranes according to your order, as well as a set of membranes from the selected material. You will be able to fill your tubes with your product by yourself and to install the membrane into the tube using our equipment.
We have also developed and patented a new technology for manufacturing cardboard tubes with hermetically sealing fixation of the tube’s lid on tube’s base. Such tubes have the special grooves on their base and lid, which are hermetically sealed after lid installation. Hermetically sealed membranes as well provide perfect sealing of the tube contents and serve as an additional control for opening.
